With more than 20 years of experience, Diana has worked in leadership, career planning, DEI, and team-building. Now, she helps people find the job fulfillment and success they deserve.    

Diana was a corporate recruiter for an international financial services firm, working in Chicago, NY, and LA. Much of her success has been in building high-performing teams.

She’s also been a successful nonprofit change agent, helping organizations grow and adapt to new environments. Diana has led teams during times of expansion, disruption, and significant change.

Diana guides people in their careers, helping them dream big and develop personalized action plans to reach their goals.

Diana received her B.S. in Management from DePaul University and her M.S. In Human Resources from Loyola University. She trained at the Center for Creative Leadership, in addition to Covey Leadership, Myers-Briggs, DiSC, and more. She was raised in Chicago and Puerto Rico and learned to navigate a multicultural world from an early age. Her consulting practice is based in Southern California with remote teams in LA, Jersey City, and Phoenix, serving clients across the globe.
